Seton Fire Station #41 is a 2,560 square meter, multi-services facility which houses the Calgary Fire Department (with three vehicle/equipment bays), Calgary Police Service, Calgary Parks and Recreation, and Animal and By-Law Services. Encompassing live/work spaces to accommodate day-to-day needs including nine dorm rooms, an alarm room, a training room, kitchen, offices and a blood pressure/cholesterol room for the public. This space also incorporates the most iconic piece, the hose tower reaching 65 feet tall and is visible throughout the Seton community.

Electrical services were segregated as required to meet the operational requirements of the various departments. The entire facility is backed up with a bi-fuel generator. The project was designed and built to achieve LEED® Gold certification (awaiting certification).
