Ark completed his Diploma and bachelor's degree in electrical engineering in India before relocating to Canada to further advance his education and career. He graduated from the Electrical Engineering Technology program at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in 2021, building a strong foundation in Canadian electrical practices and standards.

He began his Canadian career as an Electrical Designer in British Columbia, where he developed strong working knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code (CEC), BC Building Code (BCBC) and ASHRAE standards.

Since joining SMP Engineering in 2024, Ark has been actively involved in residential and tenant improvement projects. His responsibilities include supporting load calculations, voltage drop calculation, fault current calculation, lighting layouts, power distribution design, and coordinating with senior engineers and project teams to deliver practical, efficient, and code-compliant electrical solutions.

He is committed to continuous improvement and expanding his technical expertise. Outside of work, Ark enjoys playing tennis and values learning opportunities that contribute to both his professional and personal growth.
