Analytical, numbers-driven, and detail-oriented, Caleb enjoys digging into the challenges of consulting, working independently while drawing on the depth of knowledge across the SMP team. His interest in power distribution design sits alongside a genuine enthusiasm for many other areas of electrical work.

He has steadily built his experience in industrial and commercial design, with a particular emphasis on airports and post-secondary institutions. More recently, he has moved into larger-scale power distribution design under the mentorship of SMP engineers who specialize in that work, developing a strong knowledge base of his own.

Outside the office, Caleb has a real passion for music, spending much of his free time seeking out unique and interesting art across a range of genres, and enjoys outdoor activities such as skiing and camping.
