Iris holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and a Diploma in Journalism, supported by a background in writing, editing, and communications. This blend of the technical and the editorial lets her approach proposal development with both analytical precision and narrative clarity. She is also focused on the practical use of AI within the proposal process, creating more streamlined workflows while maintaining consistency, quality, and precision.

Shaped by a lifelong connection to water, Iris loves freediving, swimming, and paddleboarding. She bakes bread from scratch, plays guitar, and has never quite grown out of being a musical theatre kid. She values travel and new experiences, most recently taking up skiing since relocating to Alberta, though at home, her cats are firmly in charge.
