Jeannette's career began in hotel operations, where she spent a decade developing strong leadership, team management, and customer service skills in a fast-paced service environment.

Over the past 10 years, Jeannette has built her career in the energy industry as a partner in an oil and gas wellsite management company, overseeing operations, supporting field teams, working closely with clients, and helping grow the business. Today she also serves as a Business Services Administrator with SMP Engineering in Edmonton, where she supports the business operations and administrative services that keep projects and teams running efficiently.

Known for her practical, operations-focused approach, Jeannette brings a strong foundation in leadership, organization, and relationship-building. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and making the most of summer at the Shuswap.
