Jeannette is a business management professional with more than 20 years of experience across the hospitality and oil and gas sectors. She began her career in hotel operations, where she spent a decade developing strong leadership, team management, and customer service skills in a fast-paced service environment.

Over the past 10 years, Jeannette has built her career in the energy industry as a partner in an oil and gas wellsite management company. In this role, she has been involved in operational oversight, supporting field teams, working with clients, and contributing to the growth and development of wellsite management operations.

In addition to her work in wellsite management, Jeannette serves as a Business Services Administrator with SMP Engineering in Edmonton, Alberta. In this role, she supports business operations and administrative services that help ensure projects and teams run efficiently.

Known for her practical, operations-focused approach, Jeannette brings a strong foundation in leadership, organization, and relationship-building across the industries she works in. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and making the most of summer at the Shuswap.
