Based in Calgary, Karim brings expertise in construction contract management, documentation, and project coordination. He holds his Master Electrician ticket and has trained as a Safety Codes Officer in the electrical division, a certification he maintains through ongoing continuing education.

Having worked on the tools for more than 15 years as an electrician, he brings a practical, hands-on perspective to his role. He is known for his attention to detail, strong communication, and commitment to smooth project execution, and he enjoys finding workable solutions and collaborating with the trades on site to keep projects moving.

Outside of work, Karim is an active volunteer with the Ismaili Muslim community and has a keen interest in emerging construction technologies, applying what he learns both on the job and in the community.
