Katleen's path at SMP Engineering began in October 2024 as an Accounts Payable Accountant, and in September 2025 she was promoted to Operations and Project Accountant. In her current role, she supports project financials through setup, billing, reviews, and analysis, while also handling day-to-day operational accounting such as journal entries, bank reconciliations, and internal reporting.

Originally from the Philippines, she moved to Canada in 2022 to pursue her studies and completed her Business Administration diploma with a major in Accounting at SAIT, which shaped her career path. She values meaningful working relationships, continuous learning, and producing high-quality work as she builds her career in Canada.

Outside of work, Katleen enjoys crafting her own coffee, matcha, and smoothies, and is always happy to try a new spot or a favourite dish at home.
