Katleen Ramos joined SMP Engineering in October 2024 as an Accounts Payable Accountant. She was promoted in September 2025 to Operations and Project Accountant, where she now supports project financials through setup, billing, reviews, and analysis, while also handling daily operational accounting tasks such as journal entries, bank reconciliations, and internal reporting.

Originally from the Philippines, Katleen moved to Canada in 2022 to pursue her studies. She completed her Business Administration diploma with a major in Accounting at SAIT, which strengthened her interest in accounting and helped guide her career path.

Katleen is naturally quiet and can find it challenging to approach groups, but she opens up and engages warmly in one on one conversations. She values meaningful interactions, continuous learning, and producing high quality work as she builds her life and career in Canada.

Outside of work, she loves crafting her own drinks, especially coffee, matcha, and smoothies. She's also a big food lover, happily trying new spots or ordering her go to favorites at home. She may get full quickly, but she's just as quick to get hungry again, which keeps her food adventures going.
