Nandini Agarwal is a Marketing & Proposal Assistant at SMP Engineering, supporting proposal development, RFP submissions, and marketing coordination across teams. She works closely with the leadership team to manage proposal workflows, ensure compliance, and support the delivery of clear, well-organized submissions.

With a background in administration, journalism, and social media strategy, Nandini brings strong written communication, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to fast-paced, deadline-driven pursuits. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Economics from the University of Calgary.

Outside of work, Nandini enjoys exploring the arts through reading, films, and theatre, experimenting in the kitchen (with the ongoing goal of not burning brownies), and exploring parks in and around Calgary when weather permits.
