Since joining the company in May 2025 as an Electrical Designer, Paul Adrianne has continued building on more than five years of experience in building construction design across residential and commercial projects and is now expanding into the healthcare sector.

His background has allowed him to develop a well-rounded understanding of design standards, building codes, and practical drafting solutions. He is passionate about supporting others by sharing knowledge — from navigating building codes to refining drafting techniques — while maintaining an open mind and a commitment to continuous learning.

As an aspiring future leader, Paul Adrianne believes growth happens through consistent, intentional steps. He is focused on developing his skills, contributing meaningfully to projects, and becoming a stronger asset to the company each day.

Outside of work, he is a proud dog dad to two energetic pups who keep life fun and balanced.
