Quinn graduated from the Schulich School of Engineering at University of Calgary in June of 2021 with a BSc. in Electrical Engineering.

He has worked 4 years at SMP so far as an E.I.T. and will soon be applying for his P.Eng. with APEGA. Quinn works predominantly with arc flash & coordination studies and power systems renovations. Most of his projects are with U of C and MRU, but he's also done notable arc flash studies and power distribution upgrades with Amazon, Rockyview Hospital, Peter Lougheed Hospital, Eighth Avenue Place, and Watermark Tower.

Quinn spends his free time in the winters playing hockey (including SMP's Friday afternoon industry shinny hockey) and getting out for the occasional ski trip. His summers are spent camping and racing motocross around southern Alberta.
