Tim has spent over 10 years as a well rounded Electrician, in Industrial, Commercial, and Residential fields, highlighted by landmark projects such as Roger's Arena and JW Marriot Tower. Having lived in Taiwan sporadically for 5 years of his life, he's naturally a food enthusiast.

Tim has a diverse professional background, having run poker rooms, worked as a university instructor, as well as an acupuncturist, and even an overseas entertainer. He has a lot of stories to share.

As an avid phenotype hunter, he's well versed in all flavor profiles, whether it comes from food, coffee, tea, wine, whiskey and other spirits. Ask him about his whiskey and mezcal collection.

Tim is outgoing, and loves to experience all that life has to offer, often challenging himself on the golf course, and travelling the world to tackle hiking trails, eat, drink, and make merry.
