SMP Engineering designed electrical systems for Calgary's Keynote Urban Village, featuring residential towers, BOMA BEST-certified office space, and retail amenities with a connecting roof garden.
This mixed-use project consists of a 26-storey residential tower, a 29-storey residential tower, a 14-storey office tower, retail spaces, and a 780-stall underground parkade. A second-floor roof garden connects all three towers.
The office tower consists of on-site amenities, including a Sunterra Market, Starbucks, and the Royal Bank of Canada. The Keynote office tower was awarded the BOMA BEST Certificate of Achievement, Level 3, for environmental excellence.
