SMP Engineering designed innovative lighting and electrical systems for Leduc's expanded public library, featuring functional meeting rooms and ample seating spaces for community engagement.
This new 18,000 ft² public library was designed to be approximately 30% larger than the existing library facility. The expanded space incorporated functional meeting rooms and programming spaces, as well as a significant amount of seating space — all of which were key requirements for the City.
The completed project was a success, both in terms of budget and schedule, and has hosted numerous tours to showcase its programming spaces and unique lighting design.
