Bryan began his career in the electrical trade in 1996, entering an apprenticeship that laid the foundation for his technical expertise and strong work ethic. By 2000, he achieved his Journeyman Electrician certification, earning his Red Seal designation. Committed to continuous growth, Bryan advanced his education and professional credentials, becoming both a Master Electrician in 2007 and earning his Certified Master Electrician (CME) in 2011.

In 2010, Bryan transitioned from hands-on construction work into the field of consulting engineering, joining SMP Engineering (known at the time as Stebnicki + Partners). Since then, he has applied his extensive field experience and technical knowledge to deliver practical, efficient, and high-quality electrical design solutions. Bryan brings a well-rounded perspective to every project, combining real-world insight with advanced engineering expertise.
