SMP Engineering provided electrical design for Calgary's Bridlewood Affordable Housing, featuring townhomes, community hub, green spaces, and amenities for sustainable urban living.
Recently completed, this $25M project with The City of Calgary consists of 62 three-storey developments, including a combination of two- and four-bedroom townhomes. The amenity-rich space includes 10 buildings in total: nine residential buildings and a community hub, a landscaped public and green space, waste management facilities, and associated parking.
