This new four-storey building consists of offices, classrooms, and laboratories surrounding a central atrium. Completed under budget and on schedule, the facility provides access to over 2,000 students in Management and Health Sciences programs, including a state-of-the-art nurse training centre and a world-class trading room. SMP's scope of work included the design of high-voltage service to the site, communications infrastructure, power and lighting systems. The project achieved LEED Silver certification.
