Greg joined SMP in 2015 and has since developed a diverse project portfolio, with experience in post-secondary, healthcare, library, parks, and security upgrade projects. He has built a reputation as a specialist in critical upgrades, complex renovations, power distribution, unique installations, and projects requiring precise coordination and timing.

Greg's contributions and leadership have been recognized through significant career milestones, including his promotion to Associate in May 2021, Principal in June 2024, and Partner in May 2025. In his current role, Greg serves as a strategic link between the partnership group's objectives and their execution within SMP's leadership.

His internal focus is on supporting operational excellence, providing insights to the partnership, and translating strategic vision into actionable initiatives across the organization. Committed to education, Greg shares his expertise as a guest lecturer at the University of Calgary, where he teaches building electrical engineering and design to fourth-year students.
