With over 15 years of experience, including more than a decade dedicated to healthcare facility design, Helen is known for delivering reliable, high-quality designs. She provides leadership across multidisciplinary teams, building strong collaboration and successful outcomes for clients, and is also actively involved in advancing women in engineering and championing allyship in the workplace.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, travelling, and regularly seeking out new activities that push her beyond her comfort zone, keeping her motivated and continually growing, both personally and professionally.
