Helen Hiloma is an Associate and Electrical Engineer with over 15 years of experience, including more than a decade dedicated to healthcare facility design. Known for delivering reliable, high-quality designs, she provides leadership across multidisciplinary teams, fostering strong collaboration and successful project outcomes for clients. Helen is also actively involved in advancing women in engineering and fostering allyship within the workplace.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, travelling, and regularly seeking out new activities that challenge her and push her beyond her comfort zone — helping her stay motivated and continuously growing both personally and professionally.
