With four decades of professional experience in the industry, Ron has extensive experience in all areas of electrical design for commercial, institutional and residential projects. System specialties include power distribution, lighting and lighting controls, communication systems and life safety systems.

Ron is known for the friendly personalized service he provides to clients and for practical well thought out designs. The original partner in Edmonton following the merger of Wasnea Mah Engineering and Stebnicki + Partners in 2011, Ron transitioned to Partner Emeritus in 2020.

He is focused on project peer reviews and leveraging his experience to assist project teams and providing mentorship in the office.
