Across commercial, institutional and residential projects, Ron has worked in every area of electrical design, with system specialties spanning power distribution, lighting and lighting controls, communication systems and life safety systems.

The original partner in Edmonton following the merger of Wasnea Mah Engineering and Stebnicki + Partners in 2011, he transitioned to Partner Emeritus in 2020. His reputation rests on well-thought-out designs and the personalized service he provides to clients.

Today he is focused on project peer reviews and on drawing from his experience to assist project teams and provide mentorship in the office.
