SMP Engineering provided electrical design for Edmonton's LEED Silver Brewery District, blending historic buildings with modern retail, offices, and restaurants in a vibrant urban setting.
The Brewery District is a LEED® Silver Certified, $90M multi-use development in Edmonton’s Oliver neighborhood at the former Molson Brewery site. While incorporating the existing historically designated buildings, the overall retail development features modern facilities, including underground parking, office spaces, and grocery and fitness anchor stores. Tenants include Loblaw’s CityMarket, Good Life Fitness, Shoppers Drug Mart, and Winners, as well as specialty retail stores and restaurant venues with outdoor seating.
