Electrical designer by day. Yoga teacher and house DJ by night. Sarah thrives in the technical world of engineering and project management: the calculations, coordination, and problem-solving that bring complex systems to life. She designs all electrical systems, but lighting is her favourite. Light has a subtle power to influence how people feel exactly how yoga and music do.
Her path into engineering wasn't linear. With a science degree majoring in Cellular, Molecular, and Microbiology, she eventually found her way into electrical design and is proudly obtaining her CET designation this year. That layered journey fuels her curiosity and cross-disciplinary perspective.
Outside the office, she explores energy in a more embodied way. As a yoga teacher and house DJ, she works with rhythm, breath, and frequency to shift experience from the inside out. She's fascinated by how small adjustments in energy, whether in a circuit, a body, or a dance floor, can completely transform a space.
For Sarah, engineering and embodiment aren't separate worlds. They're simply different expressions of the same current.
