SMP Engineering contributed to the Bow River SeniorsLodge Redevelopment, featuring 60 new supportive living units in Canmore, designed for dementia and Level 4 care, with integrated public spaces and offices.
Completed in 2021, this redevelopment project consisted of the construction of 60 new two-storey seniors’ residential units, with 30 units designated for Supportive Living Level 4 care and 30 units for Supportive Living Level 4-Dementia care. The residential building was integrated into the local surroundings. The overall project also included public/common spaces, offices, and back-of-house areas.
