CrossIron Mills is Alberta’s largest single-level shopping centre and the first new fully enclosed shopping centre to be constructed in Alberta in 20 years. The centre boasts 990,000ft2 of retail and entertainment space, a 1.4 million ft² shopping centre, site services design, and over 6,000 parking spaces.
SMP designed the complete distribution and emergency services. We also designed the complete communications backbone, security, people counting and power systems, power planning and lighting for parking, display and signage.
