Security Camera Plan

This project consisted of a detailed audit and recommendations for CCTV upgrades based on annual upgrades over five consecutive years. The original intent was to provide a budget of approximately $150,000 each year over 5 years for a total of $750,000 of approved upgrades. However, after the Audit was completed and the priorities of the work determined, the first year’s budget was increased to approximately $250,000, including contingencies (total project anticipated to be $850,000).

SMP was the Lead on this project, utilizing internal resources for all phases of the work including site surveys, review of current NAIT standards, update of CAD files, hosting review meetings, budgeting and final dissemination of the decisions made to create the 5-year plan including two separate set of drawings (year 1 and year 2-5) that could be used along with the specifications for tender purposes.
