SMP Engineering provided electrical engineering consulting services for the University of Calgary's Taylor Institute for Teaching and Learning, a 43,000 ft² LEED Gold certified facility featuring flexible learning spaces and cutting-edge technology.
Completed in time for the University of Calgary to celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2016, the Taylor Institute for Teaching and Learning sets the standard as a world-class learning environment. Built where the former Nickel Arts Museum building used to reside, the facility integrates flexibility for numerous uses on the University’s main campus. This state-of-the-art, two-storey, 43,000 ft2 building features the latest technologies to cultivate teaching and learning experiences throughout the campus. The project achieved LEED Gold certification.

I have worked with Greg and Quinn for several years now. We have done many projects both large and small, and I am always really happy with the results. We have developed a great working relationship over the years. I look forward to more project collaboration with SMP in the future.
