Brad is a lifelong Albertan currently living in Airdrie, where his three energetic kids keep him happily busy and grounded. Growing up in this province has given him a deep appreciation for its landscapes and communities, something that has only grown stronger throughout his career.

He completed the Electrical Engineering Technology program at SAIT, graduating in 2004, and joined SMP shortly after. He has been with the company ever since, building a career that has allowed him to combine technical problem-solving with creativity and collaboration.

One of the things Brad values most about his work is the opportunity to explore so much of Alberta — its cities, small towns, and everything in between — through the projects he's involved in. He considers himself fortunate to work in such a beautiful and dynamic industry. Every day brings the chance to partner with incredibly talented architects, developers and clients that are the artists of the future who shape the spaces we live, work, and gather in. Contributing to that process and seeing ideas come to life is something that continually inspires him, both professionally and personally.
