Over more than 20 years in the design and construction industry, Sunil has worked across educational, institutional, and office buildings, recreational and entertainment facilities, and a substantial number of renovation projects. He is familiar with a range of procurement and project execution models, including traditional design-bid-build, design-build, construction management, integrated project delivery (IPD), and public-private partnerships (P3s).

He has been involved in a variety of renewables projects, primarily photovoltaic (solar) based, and has extensive experience with sustainability design practices and standards, including LEED, Net Zero, Living Building, Green Globes, BOMA BEST, and WELL. His primary role involves helping manage the SMP Edmonton office, along with project management and electrical engineering design.
