Sunil is an Partner with SMP with over 20 years of experience in the design and construction industry, ranging from educational, institutional, and office buildings, to recreational and entertainment buildings, as well as having substantial experience with various renovation projects. He is familiar with various forms of procurement and project execution including, but not limited to, traditional design-bid-builds, design-builds, construction-managed projects, integrated projects delivery (IPD), and public-private-partnerships (P3s).

He has been involved in a variety of renewables projects - primarily photovoltaic (solar) based - and has extensive experience with sustainability design practices and standards including, but not limited to, LEED, NetZero, Living Building, Green Globes, BOMABest, and WELL. His primary role involves helping manage the SMP Edmonton office, as well as project management and electrical engineering design.
