This mixed-use project consists of 26-storey residential tower one, 29-storey residential tower two, 14-storey office tower, retail space, and 780 stall underground parkade. A 2nd floor roof garden connects all three towers.
The office tower consists of on-site amenities including a Sunterra Market, Starbucks and the Royal Bank of Canada. Keynote office tower was awarded BOMA BESt Certificate of Achievement, Level 3, for environmental excellence.
