This mixed-use project consists of a 26-storey residential tower one, a 29-storey residential tower two, a 14-storey office tower, retail spaces, and a 780-stall underground parkade. A second floor roof garden connects all three towers.
The office tower consists of on-site amenities, including a Sunterra Market, Starbucks, and the Royal Bank of Canada. Keynote office tower was awarded BOMA BEST Certificate of Achievement, Level 3, for environmental excellence.
