Currently underway, the goal of this 6,300 m2, $125M design-build redevelopment project is to design and construct a new hospital, which will accommodate nine in-patient acute beds, 18 long-term care beds, and a primary care clinic to serve Fort St. James and surrounding areas, including First Nations communities of the Takla Lake First Nation, Tl’azt’en Nation, Binche Whut’en First Nation, Nak’azdli Whut’en, and Yekooche First Nation.
