Mixed-Use

With Phase 1 recently completed, the goal of the shared arts and learning campus is to enhance and expand the town’s economic development, create a more balanced community, enhance the downtown core, and provide access to quality infrastructure. The mixed-use facility will house Bow Valley College, a library expansion, Catholic School Board administration and educational space, public school space, performing arts centre, and parkade and provide commercial lease space. Working to achieve the goals of multiple stakeholders, this project was delivered through an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) model and targeted LEED Gold certification.
