Twin office towers built on existing site of Calgary’s historic Penny Lane Mall. The project consisted of a 49-storey east tower and a 40-storey west tower and included a two-level podium, five levels of underground parkade, and a winter garden. Eighth Avenue Place received LEED Platinum Core and Shell certification through US Green Building Council (USGBC). This is Canada’s first LEED Platinum high-rise office building.
